This is most likely a video card issue, either not supporting Pixel Shader 2.0, out of date Video Card Drivers or your Hardware Acceleration needs to be turned on. To make sure you have the latest Video Card Drivers, go to the website of the manufacturer of your Video Card or computer and download the latest Drivers for your specific Video Card.
